The grand Mehboob studios was the setting for the annual Jack Daniel's Rock Awards supported by Rolling Stone magazine. It was another great night for Advaita as far as awards are concerned, as the band bagged 'Best Album', 'Best Producer (Shantanu Hudlikar) as well as 'Best Artwork' (Dev Kabir Malik). The 'Best Album' award, which was based on a combination of jury votes and public voting was a complete surprise to the band as there were as many as nine albums nominated in this category including bands like Indus Creed, Thermal and a Quarter, Papon and others. Chayan Adhikari from the band was present to receive the award.
